Parchi ("we", "us", "our") operates the My Parchi mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. 1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

• Phone number — used to create your account and sign you in via a one-time password (OTP).
• Profile name and business details you choose to add.
• Voice recordings — audio you record in the App so it can be converted into a bill.
• Bill and customer information — item names, quantities, prices, customer names, and other details you enter or that are generated from your recordings.

b) Information collected automatically

• Device and technical data — device model, operating system version, app version, language, and similar technical details.
• Usage and log data — app interactions, feature usage, crash and error logs, IP address, and timestamps, used to operate and improve the App.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, or photos.

2. Device Permissions

• Microphone — required to record the audio you use to create bills. Recording only happens when you start it in the App.
• Storage / Files — used, where applicable, to save and share generated bill PDFs.

You can manage permissions in your device settings; disabling the microphone will prevent voice-based bill creation.
